No, just the painters who have registered are permitted to attend. We want all of your creative energy to be able to focus on your masterpiece.
We recommend you wear comfortable clothes for your paint event. We supply aprons for protection against the water-based acrylic paint we use. These paints become water-resistant when they dry, so roll your sleeves up and get creative!
There is parking behind our studio.
Wagging Tail Studios is all about pets. We love them so much we think it’s best they hang out at home awaiting their owners return with their creative painted canvas masterpiece. However, we welcome service pets, please contact us regarding any attendee who will be accompanied by a service pet.
Do You Offer Gift Certificates?
YES! A Paint Your Pet’s Portrait Gift certificate makes a great gift for any occasion. Gift certificates can be purchased at the studio and will soon be available online.
Is Wagging Tail Studio an Art Instruction Studio?
During your paint party, you will have the opportunity to learn how to create a painting you’ll be proud of. However, the paint event is focused on having fun, experiencing a unique night out and enjoying social time with friends. Our instructors will help guide the painters, answer questions, and give suggestions if needed, but we want the masterpiece to be all yours so you will be encouraged to paint most of the portrait on your own. The emphasis will be on unleashing your creativity and having fun! It will be a class you won’t soon forget.
We will be offering advanced art classes in the Spring of 2019 for those who are more serious about developing skills in drawing, composition, perspective using different techniques and exploring mediums such as watercolor, pastels, printmaking, pysanky, clay sculpture, and scratchboard. If you are interested in advance art classes, please contact us so we can notify you when we have our class details available.
