Small Group Details and Payment Option

SMALL GROUPS – We can accommodate smaller groups of 6 to 8 painters, including the paint organizer, however, we require a minimum flat event fee of $375 for a 3-hour time slot and $450 for the 4-hour time slot. (NOTE: The single-payer 10% discount and free paint organizer seat does not apply for small groups). The total event fee for small groups is paid as a 50% deposit in advance with the balance due 7 days prior to the event.

Event Organizer:

  • Plans the private paint event details.
  • Provides a list of guests.
  • Selects a canvas size

Individual Attending Painters:

  • Each invited painter is required to register online on or before 7 days prior to the event.
  • Submit a good clear close-up image of their pet for our artists to sketch on their canvas.

Single Payer Small Group Payment Details

Event Organizers do the Following:

  • Select the single canvas size for all painters attending a small group private paint event.
  • Pay a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling the event. 
  • Balance is due 7 days prior to the event. (See cancellation policy for details concerning canceling an event.) Click Here for FAQ’s 
  • Provide an email list of all invited painters so an email can be sent out describing the private paint event inviting painters to register online to submit their close up image of their pet.

Attending Painters do the Following:

  • Register and RSVP online to attend the small group private paint event.
  • Submit a good clear close-up image of their pet for our artists to sketch on their canvas. (Painter’s pet images must be submitted to Paint Your Pet’s Portrait no later than 7 days prior to the paint event they are registered to attend.)
  • Bring a beverage of their choice and food of their choice. (Paint Your Pet’s Portrait and Wagging Tail Studios allows BYOB – Bring Your Own Beverage and BYOF – Bring Your Own Food. No painters under 21 years of age will be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.)
  • Show up and have FUN!

Our Paint Your Pet’s Portrait Staff Plans the Rest

Paint Your Pet’s Portrait Staff Does the Following:

  • Work with the event organizer to plan their private paint event.
  • Request an email list of all invited painters.
  • Send out an email to each painter inviting them to register and attend the small group private Paint Your Pet’s Portrait event.
  • Sketch each painter’s pet on their individual canvas (Painters pet images must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the paint event they are attending.)
  • Host the private paint event at Wagging Tail Studios, provide art instruction, canvases, paint brushes and paints. (Canvas size selected by the event organizer)
