Two Options for Handling Your On-Location Paint Event

Wagging Tail Studios is excited to bring our Paint Your Pet’s Portrait event to your location. 
We provide two options for handling your on-location Paint Your Pet’s Portrait event.

You or Your Company are the Paint Event Organizer

Your organization would host the event and receive a 10% discount off the per painter registration fee for managing and collecting all painter fees*.

  • Your organization would market and promote the event through your marketing efforts utilizing marketing assets and assistance from Paint Your Pet’s Portrait.
  • Your organization would also coordinate on-site event logistics.
  • * Paint Your Pet’s Portrait will bill your company the per painter rate less 10%.
  • * A 50% deposit is required in advance to hold the date and begin the process. The balance is paid on the event day.
  • As the host location, you can have one employee paint for free.

Paint Your Pet’s Portrait is the Paint Event Organizer

Your organization would host the event and Paint Your Pet’s Portrait would manage and collect all painter fees.

  • Your organization would market and promote the event through your marketing efforts utilizing marketing assets and assistance from Paint Your Pet’s Portrait.
  • Your organization would also coordinate on-site event logistics.
  • As the host location, you can have one employee paint for free.

Paint Your Pet’s Portrait On-Location Event Details

Hosting a Paint Your Pet’s Portrait Event

Your company, as the host location for the Paint Your Pet’s Portrait event, agree to provide adequate space for either a minimum of 20 or a maximum of 30 participating painters. The host can provide tables and chairs to accommodate the painters with one additional table required for painting supplies. Paint Your Pet’s Portrait can also supply tables and chairs for use during the event, for an additional rental fee paid by the location organizer.

Number of Participating Painters

The minimum number of registered paid painters per Paint Your Pet’s Portrait on location event is 20 with a maximum number of 30, including the event organizer, who paints for free.

Event Refreshments

All beverages and refreshments can either be the responsibility of the host company to supply at their cost or painters can bring their own beverages and refreshments. (This is the host’s decision).

Registration Marketing

Paint Your Pet’s Portrait will set up a promotional landing page at PaintYourPetsPortrait.com/host-name. The landing page is for marketing the Paint Your Pet’s Portrait event(s) at your location. The landing page will be designed to promote your business as the host location and outline the general details of the Paint Your Pet’s Portrait event. Depending on the number of events you are willing to host at your location, the landing page would reflect a registration link for each available paint event date.

HOST Special Offering for Registered Attending Paint Your Pet’s Portrait Painters

If you are offering all Paint Your Pet’s Portrait event painters a special offer to shop at your business please let us know so we can add your offer/coupon to the event landing page.

Our Paint Your Pet’s Portrait Staff Plans the Rest

Paint Your Pet’s Portrait Staff Does the Following:

  • Work with the event organizer to plan their on-location paint event.
  • Request an email list of all invited painters.
  • Send out an email to each painter inviting them to register and attend the group private Paint Your Pet’s Portrait event.
  • Sketch each painter’s pet on their individual canvas (Painter’s pet images must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the paint event they are attending. Please provide good closeup photos of your pet.
  • Provide art instruction, canvases, paint brushes, paints, aprons and easels. (Canvas size selected by the event organizer)
  • Our staff will arrive 2 hours in advance of the posted event time to assist the host in set up and preparation of the event area.
